- Consultations cancelled within 48 hours: 50% refund or credit toward future service
- No-shows without prior notice: No refund
- Organization projects: Refunds are prorated based on work completed
- Products purchased as part of a service package: Subject to standard product return policy

We are committed to your satisfaction with our organization services. If you are not happy with the results of your organization project, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will schedule a follow-up visit at no additional charge to address any concerns and make adjustments to better meet your needs.
This guarantee applies to the organization systems and methods we implement. It does not cover changes in personal preferences, rearrangement of items after our service, or requests that significantly alter the original scope of work.
